Bells of Praise is a 5-octave handbell choir that prepares music for the Traditional Worship service and other special events.  Their music is a highlight of Easter Sunday and Christmas season services.  These ringers are also missions-minded and have played concerts in prisons, assisted living facilities, and other community locations.  The most exciting event of the handbell year is Ring in the Season.

 

Membership in Bells of Praise is open to interested music readers, with or without bell-ringing experience, as positions become available.  This choir is directed by Penny Folsom - please contact her for more information.

 

 

Once again, the handbell choir will be doing the work of shopping, filling, and wrapping shoeboxes for those who would like to participate in our fundraiser.  We will completely prepare a shoebox, donate the $7 handling fee, and deliver it to the sanctuary on collection day.  The cost per box is $35.  For those interested in participating, please contact Lenoir in the music office by e-mail or at x201 to reserve yours now!  We are limiting the number we prepare so please order early!
