Haiti 2010

On Saturday, July 24, we sent a team of 15 volunteers to Haiti to assist with disaster relief and recovery. Our work involved demolition/clearing debris from collapsed houses to enable families to rebuild and construction of 24 shelters.

In addition to this trip, we participated in the Buckets of Hope program to provide 5-gallon buckets of non-perishable food after the recent earthquake, and we support the Summer Music School at the University of Northern Haiti through our annual Hope for Haiti fundraiser.
