Having a rough week? Or perhaps you are having a wonderful week. Regardless of what is going on in your life isn’t it great to know that you can come to the Lord just the way you are and find the He loves you just the same? That is what CBS is all about. It is about leaving everything else that is going on in the world behind and coming to worship the Creator of the Universe. You will find real students going through the same things that you are coming together in celebration of the one thing that gives meaning to the often hectic time called college: Jesus Christ.

Come join us at 8:20 pm on Wednesdays in the Sanctuary for this “great mid-week pick me up” that is full of  great praise and worship music, an insightful Bible Study that tackles the issues that you face day in and day out and a powerful prayer time.

It can be so difficult to live a life that is honoring to God when we live in a world that is so set against Him. That is why we are encouraged in Hebrews 110:25 not to “give up meeting together.” The Christian life isn’t meant to be lived alone because it goes completely opposite of how the world says we should live and it is for this reason that you need others to support and encourage you in your walk with Jesus Christ. In Sunday Morning Bible Study (SMBS) we seek to answer the questions and struggles through small group Bible study where you can connect with other people going through the same things that you are. We want to fulfill Hebrews 10:24 and “consider how we may spur one another on towards love and good deeds” by meeting together as Hebrews 10:25 tells us to do.

We want to help you find the answers to life’s most pressing questions and our SMBS faculty is one that understands those questions because they have been where you are, and understand what it is like to try and live a God honoring life in college. Come join us at 10:00 on 3rd Floor Duval for Krispy Kreme doughnuts, coffee, milk, juice and answers to life’s most pressing issues.
