Body Sculpting
A 45-minute class devoted to the overall strength and toning of muscle groups as well as increasing flexibility. Weights, rubber-bands and floor exercises are combined to form this well-rounded workout.
TIMES: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 4:45 - 5:30 pm
Pilates
Core strengthening exercises utilizing the whole body. This is strength training from the inside out, developing balance, coordination and flexibility without using weights.
TIMES: Tuesday & Thursday: 1:10 - 1:50 pm
Step Aerobics
A low-impact aerobic workout involving stepping on and off professionally designed platforms of different height levels. Your fitness level determines the height you need!

Stretch and Flex
A stretching and muscle toning session that is designed for Senior Adults, Pregnant Women and people who have medical limitations.

Aqua Aerobics
An exercise class in which everyone can participate. Water exercise relieves the joints from the stress of exercise and keeps the body temperature low. Join us for a time of sun, fun and an excellent workout for the heart!

Boot Camp
Combines the cardiovascular benefits of aerobics with strength training techniques for a fun, invigorating class.
