We are focusing on how you can reach people you may already know for Christ. We're calling this emphasis 2x4 and asking you to commit to reaching two people by four practices.

 

Begin by identifying two people you would like to reach. They could be family members, friends, neighbors, coworkers, guests to First Baptist—anyone you have a desire to see get connected to Jesus through our church. Then faithfully apply the four practices.

 

During September, we will explore each of the four practices and encourage you to live these out in practical ways. As a part of this emphasis, we would also like to hear your stories related to any of these practices—either when you applied one of these or someone else reached you through one or more of these practices. We have set up a group through our Vimeo page, so we're asking you to join and upload your own videos to the 2x4 group (vimeo.com/groups/2x4).  If you don't have any way to tape your video, we still want to hear from you!  Contact Lee, and he can help.
